Erfassung von Gang- und Koordinationsstörungen bei Hemiparesepatienten mit computergestützter Fußdruckmessung

Summary

Based on pressure distributions in hemiplegic foot representing main aspects of balance reaction, examination of coordinative abilities for diagnostic and therapy is possible by computer-aided footpressure measuring. Examination of disturbance of walking respectively coordination was made in 16 patients with spastic hemiplegia, based on cerebral trauma, by computer-aided footprintmeasuring in normal walking and walking under higher efforts. In spite of the high interindividual variability, there was lessened heel contact, higher load on the forefoot and the lateral sides, shorter load phase and lessened load transmission on the suffered side in all patients with paretic toppend foot position. Further advantage of this system is the possibility of examination of a longer walking distance with little need of time and personal.

Zusammenfassung

Da die Druckverteilung innerhalb der Fußsohle des Hemiplegikers wesentliche Aspekte des Gleichgewichtsverhaltens widerspiegelt, ist eine Untersuchung koordinativer Fähigkeiten zu diagnostischen und therapeutischen Zwecken durch eine computergestützte Fußdruckmessung möglich. Untersucht wurden Gang- bzw. Koordinationsstörungen bei 16 Patienten mit spastischer Hemiplegie. Trotz einer hohen interindividuellen Variabilität waren bei allen Patienten mit spastischer Spitzfußstellung ein verminderter Fersenkontakt, eine erhöhte Vorfußbelastung, ein erhöhter Fußaußendruck sowie eine Verkürzung der Belastungsphase und Verminderung der Gewichtsübernahme auf das betroffene Bein feststellbar.

Ein zusätzlicher Vorteil des Systems liegt in der Möglichkeit, eine Untersuchung über eine längere Gehstrecke mit einem geringen zeitlichen und personellen Aufwand durchzuführen.
